Description

The forest elk is made up of fallen and cleared branches from a piece of land that had just undergone fire maintenance cleanup. Elk frequent this location and are a key park of the ecosystem.

The intention of the sculpture was to let it be able to become part of the ecosystem and eventually be able to compost back into the land.
